Phantom’s Opera House from Lemax Spooky Town. Comes in original packaging. There are a couple of cosmetic flaws. Part of the railing is broken (picture 7) and a gargoyle wing is broken (picture 8). These pieces are missing but do not take away from the overall look of the piece. All lights, sound, and animation work on this. Very hard to find everything in working order. Please see photos.
