Dept 56 Christmas Nutcracker Witch/Elf with "Magic Dust" Pouch. Rare ceramic holiday Santa figurine.Heavy duty construction (ceramic with some wood parts). Arms were glued but are no longer attached; some glue residue remains (see photos), but arms move freely now. Not sure if it's an elf or a witch (witch hat and chin, elf clothes). Pouch says "magic dust". Some scuffs and marks. AS-IS.Roughly 14 inches tall.
